Islantilla Golf
Club, Isla Cristina - Huelva
Opened in 1992, Islantilla is one
of the top courses in Europe. In 1995, it hosted the PGA European Tour
Turespaña Masters which was won by Alex Cejeica. It has also
hosted various Challenge Tour Events including the PGA de
España.
The American magazine, Golf
Digest, recently rated it in the top 100 courses in Europe. The 27 hole
course is set along the sea and amidst pine trees and is suitable for
all handicaps.
Islantilla Golf is located 60 km
from Faro (Portugal) and 124 km from Seville (Spain) at Huelva in
Andalucia, near the world famous Doñana National Park.
